Refund Policy
- Misconduct Any misconduct with the station executive by the rider under the influence of alcohol or otherwise will result in cancellation of booking. The rider will not be liable to any refunds in such case.
- In case there is excess fuel in the vehicle at the time of return, EZEE RIDES is not liable for any refunds for the same.
- EZEE RIDES will refund the amount claimed under insurance to the customer, as when the claim process is completed.
- If after 4 hours of booking start time the customer still doesn’t show up.
- The refunds for the repairs & maintenance done by customers on the vehicles shall be processed within 7-10 working days.
- All refunds shall be made through the original payment mode within 7-10 working days
- EZEE RIDES reserves the right to charge a violation penalty on the rider
- Weekend (Sat-Sun) rates may vary based on availability
- No refunds would be provided in this case Late Return
- Note: (Cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 7- 10 working days)
- If at any time, the user exhibits any signs of intoxication during bike pick-up, EZEE RIDES is at complete liberty to cancel the booking and no amount will be processed for refund.
- Under a bike cease by City Traffic Police, EZEE RIDES will not be liable for any of the legal procedures set by the Court and the corresponding charges will be undertaken by the user himself.
- The refunds for the repairs & maintenance done by customers on the vehicles shall be processed within 7-10 working days. The customer is required to share the bills with the EZEE RIDES team.
